A Captivating Visual Identity, Understated Yet Powerful

Wolf Capital is a leading property developer in Portugal with a proven record of over 10 years of successful residential projects. From revitalising heritage buildings to building from the ground up, they consistently deliver high quality craftsmanship for a timeless feel.

After an extensive review which included stakeholder interviews and competitive audits, we realised that real estate developers often look to change a city’s entire skyline or dabble in the venerable art of architecture. However with Wolf Capital, the ambition is to ensure its properties last long into the future — with all their charm and heritage intact, and then some. To do so takes art. We like to call that The Art of Building.

We embarked on designing an identity that focused mostly on illustrating the right eye stare of the captivating wolf, bringing a sophisticated simplicity through the choice of typography and colour palette, art direction and content creation.
