Bringing Fashion Cues to Real Estate

Located in Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon’s luxury strip, LIBERDADE 266 is Avenue Real Estate’s latest renovation, a remarkable building with an unforgettable past. The headquarters of the Diário de Notícias newspaper since 1940, this building features 34 apartments with unique character each. With an inherited logo and a brand manual, we were tasked to create a ‘welcome home’ box to be gifted to all new apartment owners.

Aside from the box itself, we gave the owner’s manual, a technical brochure featuring all appliances and functionalities of the apartment, a much more pleasant read. We also partnered with Portuguese craftsmen to create a bespoke keychain marked with the building’s symbol, a sleek fine leather cardholder to keep the building’s access cards tidy and a sophisticated tote bag to carry it all.
