Serving up a Delicious Strategy
Lisbon Street Kitchen's first physical restaurant, Libertà is the latest addition to the Italian dining scene in Lisbon. Helmed by Chef Silvio Armanni with a Michelin Star background, Libertà is anything but conventional. Serving up authentic Italian dishes with a contemporary twist, Libertà came to us with already a logo design, but no strategy, and consequently, no cohesive story.
After holding several stakeholder interviews, we conducted a thorough market analysis to understand how to best position the restaurant in this rather saturated market. Its strategic location would surely attract the tourists, but our goal was to become a restaurant of choice to the locals (expat and not).
After coining the strategic concept "Refined Mavericks", we defined the brand's archetype, attributes, tone of voice, audience profile and customer journey. Our deliverable culminated in an exciting moodboard, narrative, employee manifesto and a clear roadmap for Instagram's content creation.Website
